30 years ago, cheesemaking was only a supplementary activity of Pustotnik farm. Since then, we have developed a company that, apart from the members of Pustotnik family, employs a great team of fifteen co-workers.
We are the first private cheese dairy in Slovenia and one of the few cheese dairies in Central Europe that process three different kinds of milk at one place. Our customers can choose from a selection of more than 70 kinds of dairy products and cheeses, all of which are made according to traditional methods and recipes, without any artificial additives and preservatives.
Our mission is to offer homemade dairy products and cheeses of premium quality as well as to further the position of Slovenian cheeses in the culinary world with our work.
