Goat Cheese

A pleasantly mild and fresh taste, characteristic of goat cheeses, is complemented by a subtle milky aroma.

The rind of goat cheese is dry and has a light white-grey colour, while the interior is distinctly white, as is typical of goat cheeses. Younger cheeses have a firm and soft texture, which becomes thicker and drier during the ripening process. Goat cheese has a distinctive taste, which changes according to the season – it is milder in spring and more prominent in autumn.
