Kozobrin Cheese

A rind, covered with white mould, hides an interior with a full taste and a pleasant milky aroma.

White mould, which appears on the outer side of the cheese during the ripening process, contributes not only to a unique appearance, but also to a distinctive aroma and a taste, typical of such cheeses. Kozobrin cheese has a soft structure, which retains its firmness, a clean and full aroma and a rich – yet not piquant – taste.
