Martin Cheese

Martin is modelled after French washed-rind cheeses, which means that its rind is covered with red smear. The brick red colour of Martin hides a soft, creamy interior. Due to smear-ripening with red smear, the cheese has a sharp, pungent smell and a tangy, intense and rich taste.
