Ricotta from Goat's Milk
Shepherd’s cottage cheese also known as ricotta has a mild aroma and slightly sweet taste.
Because it is made from whey, it contains a lot of protein and little fat, which makes the taste of ricotta much more tender and milder compared to the classic cottage cheese. The structure is soft but still compact enough for the cottage cheese to retain the shape of a loaf.

How to enjoy
