As it melts easily, Velikonočnik cheese is excellent when used as a pizza topping or included in a toast. Its smoked aroma works well with grilled meat; on a cheeseboard, the taste of Velikonočnik develops best in combination with fresh vegetables and white or whole-grain bread.
